Introducing The Elemental Healing Co. Ritual Collection

There is something I have been quietly creating behind the scenes.

Something that began with a very simple thought:

What if the feeling of ritual didn’t have to end when you left the treatment room?

So much of my work through The Elemental Healer is about creating space.

Space to slow down.
Space to breathe.
Space to notice what you need.
Space to reconnect with yourself when life has become loud.

But those moments don’t only belong inside a Reiki session or a carefully held ritual.

Sometimes they happen at the kitchen bench with a cup of tea.

Sometimes it is opening a window and clearing the energy of your home after a heavy day.

Sometimes it is lighting a candle, putting your phone down for ten minutes and deciding that, for this moment, you are allowed to stop.

That is where The Elemental Healing Co. Ritual Collection began.

Ritual, made for everyday life

I didn’t want to create products simply for the sake of having products.

I wanted to create things I would genuinely reach for myself.

Simple, beautiful rituals that don’t require an hour of spare time, a perfectly quiet house or an elaborate spiritual practice.

Things that can live alongside ordinary life.

The school runs.
The work days.
The full calendars.
The evenings when your mind is still going long after your body has had enough.

The collection has been created around that idea: small moments of intention woven into the life you are already living.

The Elemental Tea Ritual Collection

At the heart of the collection are five loose-leaf herbal tea blends, each created around a different feeling or need.

CALM
What you need when you don’t know what you need.

EARTH
When life feels too much.

WATER
For the days you feel everything.

AIR
For when your mind won’t let you rest.

FIRE
For when you need to find your spark again.

Each pouch contains 20 tea rituals.

They are not about choosing the “right” tea.

They are an invitation to pause for long enough to ask yourself:

What do I need today?

And perhaps let the answer be something very simple.

The Cleansing Ritual Collection

Alongside the teas, I have created a small collection of cleansing rituals for your space.

The Cleansing Ritual Bundle pairs Palo Santo with Selenite for a simple clear-and-ground practice.

The Cleansing Ritual Box brings together Palo Santo, Selenite, Black Tourmaline, an unscented soy tealight and a guided ritual card for a more complete home-cleansing ritual.

And the Sacred Cleansing Mist offers another way to shift the atmosphere of your space without burning anything — a blend of Palo Santo and Frankincense essential oils, finished with Clear Quartz crystal chips and individually charged with Reiki energy during creation.

Each one has been created with the same intention:

to make ritual feel accessible, meaningful and part of everyday life.

Two expressions of one intention

The Elemental Healer and The Elemental Healing Co. may look like two different sides of my work.

One is about the experiences I hold for women.

The other is about the rituals you can hold for yourself.

But to me, they have always been connected.
