DEEP RESET REIKI

My Signature Reiki Experience

More than a Reiki session — this is 90 minutes to properly stop.

Created for when you’re feeling overwhelmed, depleted, mentally overloaded or simply like you’ve been carrying too much for too long.

Your session begins with time to arrive, talk and set an intention before I guide you through a grounding journey designed to help you slow down and settle.

From there, you'll move into intuitively guided Reiki. Rather than following a fixed routine, I work with what presents during your session — spending time where I’m drawn and incorporating crystals intuitively where they may support your experience.

And when the Reiki ends, you don't have to immediately get up and rush back into your day. There's space to gently come back, enjoy herbal tea and integrate your experience before heading back into the world.

INTUITIVELY GUIDED REIKI

Sometimes you don’t need to talk it all through. You just need somewhere to stop, switch off and receive.

This is a full 60-minute Reiki session, intuitively guided by what you need on the day.

Rather than following a fixed routine, I allow each treatment to unfold naturally — spending more time where I’m drawn and working with the energy as it presents throughout your session.

I may intuitively incorporate crystals to support the treatment, with each session completely individual to you.

There’s no meditation or extended integration afterwards — this is for when you simply want to arrive, settle onto the table and experience Reiki.

Come as you are. There’s nothing you need to prepare, perform or figure out.

Your session includes:

ELEMENTAL RESET RITUAL

Signature Elemental Healing Experience

A personalised Reiki and ritual experience guided by the element you need most.

Created exclusively by The Elemental Healer, the Elemental Reset Ritual is for the woman who feels overwhelmed, emotionally heavy, disconnected or simply ready to come back to herself.

Your session begins by discovering which element — Earth, Water, Air or Fire is calling for your attention.

From there, your entire experience is shaped around that element.

You'll be guided through an elemental journey created specifically for your chosen element, before moving into intuitively guided Reiki. During your Reiki treatment, chakra crystals are incorporated alongside the crystal connected with your element, creating a deeply personalised experience rather than a one-size-fits-all treatment.

Afterwards, there's no rush to leave. You'll have time to gently come back, enjoy herbal tea and integrate your experience before taking a little piece of your ritual home with you.

Your 75-minute ritual includes:

BLUE LOTUS + CACAO JOURNEY

A two-hour ceremonial journey into yourself.

For when you’re ready to step away from the noise and go deeper than relaxation.

This private ceremonial experience is an invitation to slow everything down, turn your attention inward and give yourself the rare luxury of two uninterrupted hours entirely for you.

We begin with intention and ceremonial cacao before moving into an immersive guided journey, creating space to quiet the outside world and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

From there, you’ll receive intuitively guided Reiki, allowing the treatment to unfold naturally in response to you and your experience.

Blue Lotus is woven into the ceremony as you begin your return, followed by time to reflect, journal and gently integrate your experience without being rushed back into the outside world.

There is nothing you need to achieve, uncover or figure out. Simply arrive, receive and allow the journey to unfold.

Distance Reiki Healing

Reiki healing, wherever you are.

Distance Reiki offers a way to receive Reiki without coming into the treatment room — whether you're across Perth, interstate or on the other side of the world.

Before your session, you'll have the opportunity to share anything you'd like me to know and set an intention for your Reiki. At your scheduled time, I'll carry out your session from my healing space while you continue your day or, if you prefer, find somewhere comfortable to rest and simply receive.

There is no video call and you don't need to be online.

After your session, I'll send you a personal follow-up with anything I feel is helpful to share from our time together.
